📋 Description

• As a Senior Data Analyst, Product, you will partner with our product team to strengthen data-informed decision making by defining sharp success metrics.
• You will dive deep into our transformation and reporting platforms to improve self-service through AI and traditional dashboards, while also delivering ad hoc analyses to guide product development.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and dashboards to track success metrics across our product.
• Analyze product usage and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Accelerate AI self-service in our intelligence layer: Omni and Amplitude.
• Research and implement best practices to enhance AI reporting accuracy and reliability.
• Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
• Refine ambiguous questions and generate new insights through a deep understanding of the data, our customers, and our business.
• Ability to translate technical and quantitative analyses into digestible and actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in analytics or strategic role at a technology company.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills.
• Prior experience with Omni (or similar BI tools).
• Understanding of SaaS business models and product metrics.
• Very strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience optimizing context for and output of AI analytical systems.
