• As a Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics at Stryker Corporation, you will be at the forefront of transforming raw data into strategic assets that empower our Customer Service, Finance, and Quality Assurance departments. This is a pivotal role where you will independently lead high-impact analytics projects, driving operational excellence and advancing critical business objectives. You will serve as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, translating complex data landscapes into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making and optimize processes.
• Your primary responsibility will be to own and deliver analytics projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision. This involves a deep dive into problem definition, meticulous analysis, rigorous validation, and the successful delivery of insights and solutions. You will proactively identify opportunities to leverage data for business improvement, ensuring that your work directly contributes to the company's success.
• You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Customer Service, Finance, and Quality Assurance, providing them with the analytical support they need for reporting, strategic decision-making, and the execution of vital business initiatives. This partnership is crucial for understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored analytical solutions.
• A core component of this role involves the development and maintenance of sophisticated dashboards, reports, and analyses. You will leverage industry-leading tools such as Power BI and SQL to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and accessibility of critical business information. Proficiency in these tools will be essential for creating intuitive visualizations and robust data models.
• You will be tasked with identifying emerging trends, potential risks, and data quality issues within our commercial operations. Your ability to clearly communicate these findings, along with their potential business implications, to diverse stakeholder groups will be paramount. This includes presenting complex information in an understandable and compelling manner.
• A significant part of your role will be to work collaboratively with stakeholders to precisely define business questions, refine requirements, and establish clear priorities for analytics projects. This ensures that all analytical efforts are aligned with strategic business goals and deliver maximum value.
• You will be responsible for delivering user-friendly, self-serve analytics solutions that empower business users to access and interpret data independently. This includes providing comprehensive documentation and conducting stakeholder enablement sessions to ensure the effective adoption and utilization of these tools.
• As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in mentoring junior analysts, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, and promoting standardized development practices across the Commercial Analytics team. Your expertise will help elevate the capabilities of the entire team.
• You will meticulously track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and core commercial processes, ensuring consistency, transparency, and a clear understanding of business performance across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience working with large datasets and a solid understanding of data modeling principles.
