• • As a Senior Web3 Data Analyst at Trust Wallet, you will be at the forefront of understanding and interpreting the dynamic world of blockchain data. This role is pivotal in shaping our strategic decisions by providing deep insights into the cryptocurrency ecosystem, competitor activities, and user behaviors within Web3. You will be the primary owner of our web3 analytics function, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks that others may overlook. Your expertise will directly influence product development, growth strategies, and overall company direction, ensuring Trust Wallet remains a leader in the non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet space, trusted by over 200 million users globally.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will be centered around deep dives into on-chain data and market intelligence. You will meticulously track competitor intelligence across key verticals such as Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) aggregation, crypto earn and staking platforms, and overall wallet market share. This involves monitoring protocol metrics, analyzing user engagement patterns, and understanding the intricate market dynamics of these areas on a regular basis. A significant part of your role will involve monitoring on-chain activity across various EVM-compatible chains, including but not limited to BNB Chain, Ethereum, Base, and Arbitrum. You will be tasked with identifying emerging trends and patterns within this data that have direct relevance to Trust Wallet's product roadmap, user growth initiatives, and long-term strategy. Furthermore, you will actively engage with the broader crypto ecosystem, particularly on platforms like X (formerly Twitter), to translate market discourse and nascent narratives into actionable data questions. This proactive approach ensures that Trust Wallet stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving industry. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and analytical models that effectively bridge on-chain signals with the specific context of Trust Wallet's product offerings and user base. This requires not only technical proficiency but also a strong understanding of how external blockchain data impacts our internal metrics and user experience. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the internal data team to enrich our internal datasets and analyses with a comprehensive, ecosystem-level perspective, providing a holistic view of the market landscape. Finally, you will play a crucial role in communicating complex on-chain developments to leadership. This involves preparing clear, concise, and non-technical narratives that effectively brief executives on significant market shifts and their implications for Trust Wallet.
