  • • As a Senior Analytics and Insights Manager, you will be a pivotal strategic leader, deeply embedded within our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Your primary mission is to empower our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams with data-driven insights that directly inform and shape our GTM strategy. You will be the bridge between complex data and actionable business decisions, ensuring that insights are not only generated but also clearly communicated and effectively implemented by GTM stakeholders.
  • • You will leverage your expertise to help GTM teams gain a profound understanding of their business performance. This includes analyzing customer behavior patterns, meticulously tracking pipeline velocity and conversion rates, and identifying untapped revenue opportunities. Your analytical prowess will be instrumental in guiding strategic planning and operational execution.
  • • A key responsibility involves collaborating closely with Field and Success Operations to establish and refine a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). These KPIs will serve as the definitive measures of operational effectiveness, providing a clear benchmark for success and areas requiring improvement across GTM functions.
  • • You will work hand-in-hand with GTM leaders, developing bespoke insights that enhance their decision-making capabilities and optimize their execution strategies. This partnership is crucial for ensuring that analytics directly supports and drives business objectives.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities where data and analytics can yield significant improvements is at the core of this role. You will focus on enhancing GTM performance, boosting customer retention rates, and increasing overall sales effectiveness through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.
  • • Your role will involve rigorously validating potential business opportunities through data analysis, presenting clear, concise, and compelling recommendations to leadership to secure buy-in and drive action.
  • • You will be responsible for driving the adoption and continuous enhancement of our GTM dashboards. This includes ensuring they not only meet the evolving needs of the business but are also effectively utilized by field teams to monitor performance and identify trends.
  • • Gathering direct feedback from end-users of these dashboards will be essential for iterating and improving their functionality, relevance, and overall user experience, ensuring they remain valuable tools.
  • • A critical aspect of your role is partnering with engineering, data teams, and IT to guarantee that the analytics function has access to clean, high-quality, and well-structured data. This foundational element is crucial for the reliability and accuracy of all insights generated.
  • • You will act as a vital liaison between the technical data teams and the business users. Your ability to translate technical data concepts into business-friendly language will ensure that data is accessible, understandable, and readily usable by all stakeholders.
  • • Developing and maintaining operational rigor within the analytics function is paramount. This includes standardizing processes, reports, and performance reviews to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • • Implementing a robust framework for tracking progress, reporting on key metrics, and optimizing the performance of the analytics team itself will be a key deliverable, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • • Building and nurturing strong, collaborative relationships with GTM stakeholders is essential. You will ensure that analytics priorities are tightly aligned with overarching business needs and strategic goals.
  • • Effectively communicating findings, recommendations, and project status updates to executive leadership will be crucial for driving alignment on key initiatives and securing resources for data-driven projects.
  • • This role demands a curious and data-driven mindset, a commitment to leading with insights, and a proactive approach to driving effective change through data. You will be a technical partner, a consultative advisor, and a collaborative force within the organization.
