- • This Senior Data/Business Analyst role is pivotal in transforming iCapital Network’s marketing analytics from fragmented, manual processes into a scalable, trusted, and automated insights engine—directly impacting how marketing performance is measured, understood, and acted upon by senior leadership.
- • The role balances 50% hands-on analysis and reporting with 50% dashboard development and automation, ensuring the analyst not only interprets data but also builds the systems that make insights repeatable, reliable, and self-service across the organization.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and refining Tableau dashboards to evaluate campaign performance, channel effectiveness, and funnel outcomes using data from GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Cvent, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Brightcove, and other Martech/CRM platforms.
- • The analyst leads the delivery of recurring performance reports and executive-ready scorecards, blending automated visualizations with deep-dive analysis to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimization opportunities for marketing and sales teams.
- • Acting as a subject matter expert, the role involves validating data accuracy across systems, identifying discrepancies and tracking gaps, and partnering with CRM and marketing operations teams to improve data pipelines, schemas, and reporting views for greater consistency.
- • The analyst drives the transition from manual reporting to standardized, self-service dashboards by reinforcing UTM governance, maintaining structured campaign hierarchies (parent/child), and defining/documenting metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards used organization-wide.
- • Collaboration is central: the analyst partners with marketing, sales, and stakeholders to translate business goals into actionable reporting, communicates insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and influences measurement standards to elevate analytics maturity.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2-6 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, marketing analytics, or campaign reporting, preferably in B2B, FinTech, Financial Services, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
- • Advanced expertise in Tableau, including dashboard architecture, complex calculations, performance optimization, and experience building scalable, production-ready visualizations.
- • Hands-on proficiency with GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, and digital marketing platforms, coupled with advanced Excel skills for data validation, complex reporting workflows, and ad-hoc analysis.
- • Proven ability to operate independently, take end-to-end ownership of analytics deliverables, and work comfortably with imperfect or evolving data while maintaining analytical rigor.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and translating technical findings into business-relevant narratives.
