As a forward-thinking software development company, we specialize in building innovative solutions that empower businesses to automate and optimize their operations through cutting-edge technologies. We are dedicated to creating scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications, and as we continue our growth trajectory, we are looking for a talented individual to contribute to our mission of transforming business processes.
  • • This role offers a fantastic opportunity to become part of an established and well-respected organization that provides tremendous potential for career advancement. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and optimizing robust data pipelines and architectures, leveraging modern data platforms, cloud technologies, and big data frameworks to deliver scalable solutions that drive analytics and business intelligence.
  • • Key responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end lifecycle of data engineering. You will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL/ELT pipelines capable of handling both structured and unstructured data. This includes architecting and optimizing data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse solutions to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • • Collaboration is a cornerstone of this role. You will work closely with data scientists, data analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure the consistent availability, high quality, and unwavering reliability of data. This involves understanding business requirements and translating them into effective data solutions.
  • • A critical aspect of the Senior Data Engineer's role is to implement and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards across all data platforms. This ensures that our data assets are managed responsibly and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • • You will be responsible for actively monitoring and continuously improving data pipeline performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. This proactive approach ensures that our data infrastructure can handle increasing loads and remain resilient.
  • • A significant portion of your work will involve leveraging cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP to deploy, manage, and optimize data solutions. This includes utilizing services like AWS Glue, Redshift, EMR; Azure Data Factory, Synapse; and GCP BigQuery, Dataflow.
  • • You will integrate data from a wide array of diverse sources, including APIs, real-time streaming platforms, and various enterprise systems, creating a unified and accessible data ecosystem.
  • • The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of SQL, Python, Scala, or Java, coupled with deep expertise in big data frameworks like Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka. Proficiency in cloud services and data modeling/warehousing technologies such as Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse, and BigQuery is essential.
  • • Experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster is crucial for managing complex data workflows. A solid understanding of data governance, data lineage, and data security practices is also a must.
  • • Furthermore, hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices tailored for data engineering will be highly valued, ensuring efficient and reliable deployment of data solutions.
  • • While not strictly required, exposure to machine learning pipelines and MLOps, as well as experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, would be advantageous. Knowledge of real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures is also a plus.
  • • This role is ideal for a seasoned professional looking to make a significant impact within a growing technology company, contributing to the development of sophisticated data solutions that drive business value. You will have the opportunity to work with leading enterprise clients and benefit from a transparent H-1B process with long-term project visibility, supported by a strong recruiter and legal team. We are committed to fostering an inclusive work environment and encourage applications from all qualified individuals.
