- • As a Senior Data Scientist at Ravio Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how compensation data is analyzed, modeled, and delivered to help companies make fair and informed pay decisions. Your work will directly impact how organizations attract, retain, and reward talent by transforming complex, real-world datasets into scalable, interpretable, and actionable insights.
- • You will develop deep domain expertise in compensation trends across industries, roles, and markets, enabling you to uncover the statistical and economic drivers of pay. Day to day, you will analyze large, messy datasets using advanced statistical and machine learning techniques, build and productionize robust models that power Ravio’s core product, own end-to-end modelling pipelines, collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to integrate data science into customer-facing features, and communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements
- • Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Economics, or a related field
- • Strong foundations in statistics, modelling, and machine learning
- • Proficiency in Python and libraries including pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn
- • Experience working with messy, real-world datasets
- • Ability to build and maintain production-ready modelling pipelines
- • Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
