• • As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal and foundational role within the Data Science team, which is a key part of Sentry’s Data & Analytics organization. This team is instrumental in empowering the company to make more informed and strategic decisions through the development of advanced models and analytical systems.
• • Your primary focus will be on transforming raw data into actionable insights, delivering high-impact, production-ready data science solutions that directly support critical functions across Product, Go-To-Market (GTM), and Finance departments.
• • You will be instrumental in defining and establishing a repeatable Data Science operating model. This includes contributing to strategic roadmapping, refining stakeholder engagement processes, and setting robust delivery standards that ensure consistency and quality in all data science initiatives.
• • A significant part of your role will involve developing and deploying sophisticated machine learning models. These models will be designed to directly influence key product and business decisions, potentially spanning areas such as user adoption strategies, customer intelligence profiling, lead scoring optimization, and the accurate measurement of initiative impact.
• • You will act as a key partner to GTM, Product, and Finance teams, working collaboratively to embed data science models directly into their real-world workflows.
