  • • As a Senior Data Scientist at Madhive, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge data solutions that directly impact the company's revenue and competitive edge. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our advertising technology platform, particularly within the rapidly evolving Connected TV (CTV) landscape.
  • • You will be instrumental in architecting and deploying sophisticated machine learning models designed to optimize programmatic ad campaigns. This includes developing advanced bid strategies, intelligent budget allocation mechanisms, and precise pacing algorithms within our Demand-Side Platform (DSP) environment, with a specialized focus on CTV campaigns.
  • • A key responsibility will be leading the design and implementation of our model orchestration layer. This involves tackling complex multi-objective optimization challenges, ensuring that our suite of models operates harmoniously to maximize performance across potentially conflicting business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • • You will spearhead the data and Machine Learning strategy for our audience segmentation and targeting capabilities. This entails leveraging both first-party and third-party data sources to significantly enhance product performance and deliver superior outcomes for advertisers.
  • • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work hand-in-hand with our Product and Engineering teams to seamlessly integrate new models and data pipelines into our production systems, ensuring these solutions are scalable, robust, and performant.
  • • Conduct in-depth analytical investigations to unearth strategic insights into campaign performance, identify emerging market trends, and understand audience behavior. The insights derived will be translated into concrete, actionable recommendations for product enhancements and strategic direction.
  • • You will act as a subject matter expert in ad-tech data science, engaging with both internal teams and external stakeholders. This involves clearly and effectively communicating complex methodologies, analytical findings, and the implications of our data-driven strategies.
