• • Senior Data Scientist & Engineer role focused on building G-P Gia™, an AI-powered global HR agent that provides instant compliance guidance and reduces reliance on legal counsel by up to 95%.
• • Build and own data infrastructure including pipelines, warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data quality; analyze product usage and user behavior to surface actionable insights; build and ship LLM-based and traditional ML models; define and track key metrics (activation, retention, engagement, PQLs); run experiments (A/B tests, causal analysis); turn data into product conviction by telling teams what to do and why.
