- • As a Senior Deal Desk Analyst at AgileBits Inc. (1Password), you will play a pivotal role within the Revenue Operations team, acting as a critical strategic partner to the Sales organization. Your primary responsibility will be to navigate and structure complex, high-impact deals, ensuring they are executed with precision, efficiency, and in strict alignment with the company's overarching business objectives. This role is situated at the crucial intersection of pricing strategy, quoting systems, commercial decision-making, and operational execution, all within the context of a rapidly scaling SaaS business.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting the sales team by providing expert guidance on deal structuring, pricing, and discounting for a variety of complex scenarios. This includes, but is not limited to, managing multi-year agreements, handling ramp-up periods for new customer onboarding, processing amendments to existing contracts, and overseeing renewals. Your ability to balance the needs of the customer with the company's revenue integrity, margin targets, policy compliance, and long-term scalability will be paramount.
- • A key aspect of this role involves identifying and mitigating potential commercial, operational, and revenue risks inherent in complex deals. You will leverage your analytical skills to model various deal scenarios, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support negotiation strategies and critical decision-making processes. This proactive approach ensures that deals are not only closed efficiently but also structured in a way that maximizes value for both 1Password and its clients.
- • You will own the end-to-end deal review and execution process within Salesforce, meticulously ensuring that all quotes and associated contracts are accurate, compliant, and fully prepared for invoicing. This requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) / Revenue Cloud platform, where you will serve as a subject-matter expert. Your responsibilities will include resolving intricate quoting challenges and cross-object issues, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity within the system.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining alignment between Salesforce configurations and downstream billing or subscription management systems. This ensures that the operational infrastructure accurately reflects the commercial agreements, preventing discrepancies and streamlining post-sale processes. You will also play a key role in enforcing established pricing, discounting, and approval policies, while managing exceptions with consistency and serving as an escalation point for complex approval requests.
- • To drive continuous improvement, you will analyze deal data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, pinpoint areas for optimization, and ultimately reduce deal cycle times and enhance overall deal quality. Your insights will directly contribute to refining processes, developing comprehensive documentation, and creating effective Sales enablement resources. These initiatives are designed to empower the Sales team, increase their self-sufficiency, and scale the Quote-to-Cash operations effectively as the company continues its rapid growth.
- • Success in this role will be measured by the increased efficiency of complex deal closures, a reduction in downstream corrections, and demonstrable improvements in deal quality, policy adherence, and revenue integrity, especially as deal complexity escalates. You will be recognized for your ability to scale Deal Desk processes and guidance in line with business expansion, and for fostering a perception of the Deal Desk as a strategic partner that enables faster, higher-quality deal execution for the Sales team.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading cybersecurity company, working with a dynamic team that values curiosity, drive, and problem-solving. You will be at the forefront of shaping a safer digital future, collaborating with talented individuals in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The position is remote, open to candidates within the United States and Canada, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
