Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact engagements that fuse business strategy with technology execution, ensuring every sprint yields measurable value for Fortune-1000, mid-market, and public-sector clients.
- • Translate ambiguous, high-stakes business objectives into crisp product visions, iterative roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs that engineering teams can execute against from day one.
- • Serve as the primary change agent who helps client executives, product owners, and delivery teams articulate the “why” behind every initiative, map stakeholder impacts, and design adoption strategies that stick long after Trility has rolled off the project.
- • Coach cross-functional squads in modern Agile, Lean, and DevOps practices—ranging from Scrum and XP to Kanban and SAFe—while tailoring the framework to the client’s culture rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model.
- • Lead discovery workshops, story-mapping sessions, and value-stream analyses to surface hidden constraints, quantify business benefits, and create shared understanding across business, UX, engineering, and operations stakeholders.
- • Drive disciplined delivery governance: maintain living RAID logs, facilitate risk-based decision making, and ensure transparent communication up to C-suite sponsors and down to individual contributors.
- • Champion a people-first mindset by mentoring junior consultants, pairing with client staff, and modeling servant-leadership behaviors that elevate psychological safety and team performance.
- • Employ change-management best practices—impact assessments, readiness surveys, communication plans, training curricula, and reinforcement loops—to accelerate adoption and minimize resistance across geographically distributed teams.
- • Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Projects to visualize work, track velocity, and surface actionable metrics that inform continuous improvement.
- • Act as a trusted advisor who can credibly discuss cloud architecture trade-offs, data-pipeline complexities, and cybersecurity implications without needing to write code, thereby bridging the gap between technical teams and non-technical executives.
- • Orchestrate multi-stream programs that may include parallel workstreams for mobile apps, APIs, data lakes, and legacy-system modernization while ensuring cohesive releases and minimal business disruption.
- • Facilitate quarterly planning, release retrospectives, and steering-committee updates that keep scope, budget, and timelines aligned with evolving market conditions and regulatory requirements.
- • Contribute to Trility’s internal knowledge base by publishing playbooks, leading guild sessions, and curating reusable templates that scale our collective expertise across future engagements.
- • Uphold Trility’s core values: act with integrity, communicate transparently, embrace discomfort as a catalyst for growth, and deliver on every commitment—even when circumstances shift unexpectedly.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of hands-on experience leading Agile software delivery, product management, or consulting engagements in complex, regulated, or high-transaction environments.
- • Demonstrated mastery of at least two delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, XP, Critical Chain, PMP) and the judgment to know when to blend or pivot among them.
- • Proven track record of translating business strategy into executable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering teams can deliver within short, feedback-rich iterations.
- • Formal training or certification in organizational change management (PROSCI, ACMP, or equivalent) or equivalent experience designing and executing change strategies that measurably improved adoption and ROI.
- • Authorization to work in the United States on a W2 basis without sponsorship now or in the future, and residence in one of the approved states: CO, FL, GA, IA, KS, LA, MN, MO, MT, NE, NV, SC, TX, TN, VA, WI, KY, DE, NC, OH, or UT.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Work 100 % remotely from anywhere in the United States with flexible hours and a culture that prizes outcomes over facetime.
- • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with generous employer premium contributions, plus 401(k) matching that vests immediately.
- • Generous PTO, company holidays, floating holidays, and sponsored learning stipends for conferences, certifications, and advanced degree programs.
