  • • Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel, AI-focused integrated demand generation campaigns targeting New Logo and Expansion audiences.
  • • Develop full-funnel programs that drive awareness, education, engagement, and pipeline growth for AI-related offerings including machine learning, generative AI, automation, and data intelligence.
  • • Translate complex AI capabilities into compelling, outcome-driven campaign narratives tailored for technical, business, and executive buyer personas.
  • • Orchestrate integrated campaigns across email, paid media, webinars/events, content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM), social, and web channels.
  • • Partner with Marketing Operations to design scalable campaign architectures using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot.
  • • Implement sophisticated nurture tracks aligned with AI buyer journeys and behavioral signals to improve conversion rates.
  • • Own experimentation strategy including A/B testing, messaging refinement, and performance optimization to maximize campaign ROI.
  • • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to align campaign messaging with AI product positioning, competitive differentiation, and use-case storytelling.
  • • Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure campaign alignment with pipeline goals and effective follow-up motions.
  • • Develop enablement materials to support AI campaign launches and field marketing activation.
  • • Own pipeline generation metrics directly attributable to AI integrated campaigns and build reporting frameworks to measure performance and revenue impact.
  • • Conduct post-campaign analysis to extract actionable insights and translate findings into strategic improvements for future initiatives.
  • • Leverage intent data and behavioral signals to enhance targeting precision and personalization across AI campaigns.
  • • Stay current on AI market trends, buyer behavior shifts, and emerging AI use cases to maintain competitive advantage and thought leadership.
  • • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on AI go-to-market strategy and category positioning.
  • • Drive accountability for campaign performance through data-driven decision-making and clear attribution to revenue outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6–10+ years of B2B demand generation or integrated campaign experience
  • • Proven experience marketing AI, ML, automation, data platforms, or advanced technology solutions
  • • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth through full-funnel integrated campaigns
  • • Deep understanding of how to position complex AI offerings for both technical and executive audiences
  • • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • • Strong analytical expertise with experience tying campaign performance to revenue impact
