📋 Description

• • As Senior Demand Generation Manager at Neon One, you will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that directly drive sales pipeline and support the company’s mission to empower nonprofits with technology.
• • Day to day, you will build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads; manage budgets and bidding strategies; analyze performance from MQL to closed-won; and collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Brand teams to align messaging and improve lead quality.
• • Neon One is a mission-driven leader in nonprofit software since 2004, operating with empathy, innovation, and a customer-first mindset in a fully remote environment dedicated to helping small and mid-sized nonprofits grow.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in B2B demand generation for SMB markets, master AI and automation tools for campaign efficiency, and have the autonomy to innovate and scale pipeline generation while contributing to meaningful social impact.
