- • Senior Demand Generation Manager at Flashpoint Intel Inc., a pioneering leader in threat data and intelligence, responsible for driving pipeline through targeted email marketing, automated nurturing, and virtual experiences to support mission-critical businesses and government agencies confronting complex security challenges.
- • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of email marketing, automated nurturing, webinar programs, newsletters, and high-visibility virtual events across prospect, customer, and channel-partner audiences; manage vendor relationships, budget, and lead handoff with BDR/sales teams while applying AI tools to optimize campaign creation, personalization, and segmentation.
- • Join a remote-first Marketing team at Flashpoint that values diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity, where employees shape culture through book clubs, happy hours, committees, DIBE discussions, Donut mixers, and local meetups, contributing to a mission of safeguarding critical assets and protecting lives through threat intelligence.
- • Achieve measurable pipeline contribution within 90 days by designing and executing a multi-channel quarterly demand generation plan, establishing reporting cadence on deliverability, registration, attendance, conversion, and pipeline, and launching optimized email/newsletter campaigns with efficient lead-handoff processes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Hands-on ownership of enterprise B2B demand generation, specifically webinars, email, and large-scale virtual summits.
- • Proficiency with a marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and Salesforce, plus a strong grasp of deliverability, list segmentation, and HTML/email design.
- • A track record applying AI tools to streamline campaign workflows, create content, and surface audience trends.
- • Familiarity with webinar and event platforms (Zoom Webinar, Goldcast, or ON24) and LinkedIn's creator tools (LinkedIn Live, Newsletters).
- • Experience managing external vendors, production partners, and a defined program budget.
