- • Tremendous is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to spearhead multi-channel, full-funnel marketing programs across Europe and other key global markets. This pivotal role is designed for an individual who excels at crafting and executing localized demand generation strategies that effectively guide prospects through the entire buyer's journey, from initial awareness to the creation of an open sales pipeline. You will be instrumental in driving growth by owning the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of campaigns across various channels, including content syndication, event and media partnerships, and closely collaborating with the digital marketing team to refine social media, display advertising, and search engine marketing efforts.
- • In this dynamic position, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass building and activating sophisticated multi-channel plans specifically tailored for the European market. These plans will be meticulously designed to nurture prospects through the critical stages of awareness, consideration, and ultimately, to the point of opening a sales deal. A key aspect of your role will involve creating and implementing a 'land and expand' strategy to rigorously test and validate market viability across the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions, identifying and capitalizing on new growth opportunities. You will be responsible for deploying and meticulously managing demand generation campaigns that are segmented to resonate with specific customer profiles, ensuring maximum relevance and impact.
- • A core component of your mandate will be to drive relentless improvement by employing a data-driven approach to testing and performance optimization. Your objective will be to consistently achieve and exceed targets for key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, deal generation, and return on ad spend (ROAS). This will involve a deep dive into campaign performance data, identifying trends, and making agile adjustments to tactics and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Furthermore, you will foster strong, collaborative partnerships across various internal teams. This includes working closely with product marketing to ensure campaign messaging aligns with product value propositions, content marketing to leverage compelling assets, the web team to optimize landing pages and user experience, and the broader demand generation team to ensure cohesive strategy execution. Your collaboration will extend to developing high-performing ad creative and landing pages that are designed to capture attention and drive conversions.
- • A crucial element of your success will be your ability to partner directly with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). You will be responsible for educating them on the nuances of demand generation campaigns, providing them with the insights and materials they need to engage effectively with leads. Establishing and maintaining a robust feedback loop with the SDR team is paramount. This feedback will be invaluable for understanding lead quality, identifying areas for campaign improvement, and ultimately supporting the growth of the sales pipeline and accelerating deal closure. Your insights will directly influence campaign refinement and strategic direction, ensuring marketing efforts are closely aligned with sales objectives and market realities.
