• • Senior Demand Generation Specialist/Digital Marketing Senior Specialist responsible for executing and optimizing integrated marketing programs to drive awareness and generate qualified leads for Precision Medicine Group, a global precision medicine clinical research services organization focused on improving clinical research and development for new therapeutics.
• • Day-to-day duties include supporting content and campaign development, partnering with marketing and sales to reach account targets, planning multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social media, content marketing, and email, building landing pages and digital assets, executing content atomization strategies, collaborating with design and content teams on campaign materials, overseeing email template libraries for best practices and mobile responsiveness, delivering marketing analytics to optimize ROI, supporting ABM initiatives, optimizing CRM and tech stack health, and implementing reporting frameworks for sales teams.
• • The marketing team operates within a matrix environment, collaborating closely with sales, design, content, and IT to deliver measurable results through data-driven demand generation and account-based marketing initiatives in the biotech and life sciences sector.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in B2B demand generation, marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce), ABM execution, multi-channel campaign optimization, and analytics-driven ROI demonstration, while contributing to the growth strategy of a leader in precision medicine clinical research.
