• • We are actively seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Verification Engineer to become an integral part of our growing team in Bucharest, Romania. This pivotal role demands a robust background in functional verification, with a strong emphasis on methodologies like UVM and SystemVerilog, and experience with Real Number Modeling (RNM) within deep node designs.
• • As a Senior Design Verification Engineer at Lyte, you will engage in the complete lifecycle of developing complex mixed-mode System-on-Chips (SoCs). This involves working in exceptionally close collaboration with our Digital Front-End design engineers, from the initial prototyping stages through to mass production.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass the architecture, definition, and meticulous documentation of the Design Verification (DV) strategy for our mixed-mode SoCs. This includes defining and implementing comprehensive test programs and constructing sophisticated test benches within UVM and SystemVerilog environments.
• • A core aspect of this role involves the functional verification of our designs, ensuring their correctness and robustness. You will be responsible for regression triage, identifying and resolving complex test failures, and performing in-depth debug to pinpoint root causes.
• • This position requires tight, proactive, and seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, including Front-End design, Architecture, Software (SW), and Digital Signal Processing (DSP) teams. Effective communication and collaboration are paramount to achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality silicon.
• • You will play a key role in defining and executing verification plans, developing reusable verification components, and ensuring coverage closure for complex IP blocks and full-chip verification.
• • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of verification methodologies, simulation tools, and debugging techniques. Experience with advanced verification features such as constrained-random verification, functional coverage, assertions, and formal verification methods will be highly valued.
