📋 Description

• As a Senior Designer in the GenAI Content Studio, you will lead the creation of purposeful, user-ready creative templates and marketing communications for a global consumer health brand, driving content transformation through generative AI innovation.
• You will design and produce HCP-facing materials such as detail aids, slide kits, patient brochures, banners, e-learning interfaces, and email templates in Canva, ensuring modular, reusable architectures that empower non-designers to populate content without breaking layout integrity.
• You will collaborate closely with medical writers and project managers to translate complex scientific and clinical content into clear visual hierarchies, ensuring regulatory compliance, brand consistency, and accurate representation of approved claims across all touchpoints.
• You will work within Oliver’s innovative in-house agency model as part of The Brandtech Group, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to revolutionize marketing ecosystems for over 300 global clients, while contributing to a culture of ambition, imagination, inclusivity, and sustainability.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in visual design within creative agencies or healthcare environments
• English proficiency is mandatory – all work happens in English
• Exceptional visual storytelling, composition, and conceptualization skills proven by a strong creative book with healthcare experience
• Strong understanding of Generative AI tools and creative automation workflows (e.g., Canva, Leonardo.Ai, Kling, LLMs)
• Previous experience creating doctor- or pharmacist-facing content is preferred
• Experience working in regulated industries or healthcare
