• • The Senior Designer (internally known as Senior Professional, Creative Development) plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of marketing communications for Humana Inc.'s brand portfolio, driving brand consistency and innovation across all media.
• • Day to day, the role involves translating strategic briefs into compelling creative concepts for integrated campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging data and GenAI to inform creative solutions, presenting work with strategic rationale, managing multiple complex projects, and fostering a collaborative creative culture through constructive critique.
• • The role sits within Humana’s evolving marketing organization, specifically the in-house agency team known as the Hive, which is central to the company’s data-driven, technology-enabled, and personalized approach to member acquisition and engagement.
• • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in brand strategy, data-informed creative decision-making, advanced presentation and project management, and emerging technologies like GenAI, while contributing to Humana’s mission of improving health outcomes through effective marketing communications.
