- • Design, implement, and manage major site applications and subsystems within a large-scale, high-performance advertising infrastructure.
- • Establish architecture and automation mechanisms to deliver server solutions for global production environments supporting DSP and SSP platforms.
- • Take active part in the monitoring, deployment, and maintenance of new production applications and environments across cloud and on-premises systems.
- • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methodologies with tools such as Argo CD and Kustomize to ensure reliable, repeatable deployments.
- • Provision and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform in production environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
- • Operate and optimize Kubernetes clusters in both EKS and on-premises setups, ensuring high availability and performance for critical advertising services.
- • Apply networking and connectivity fundamentals including routing, subnetting, DNS configuration, load balancing, and service mesh implementation to support multi-region infrastructure.
- • Automate operational tasks using strong scripting skills in Python or Bash to reduce manual toil and improve system reliability.
- • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate monitoring and observability practices using tools like Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- • Contribute to the development and maintenance of custom Kubernetes operators to extend platform functionality and automate complex workflows.
- • Ensure infrastructure security and access controls are aligned with best practices using IAM policies, VPC configurations, and service mesh technologies like Istio.
- • Support global infrastructure deployments by leveraging AWS services including EC2, RDS, CloudFront, TGW, and EKS to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
- • Maintain infrastructure as code standards across environments, ensuring consistency between development, staging, and production systems.
- • Participate in on-call rotations to respond to production incidents and ensure SLA compliance for advertiser-facing services.
- • Document system architectures, operational procedures, and incident post-mortems to foster knowledge sharing and improve team resilience.
- • Advocate for infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency across cross-functional teams while adhering to Nexxen’s 3Cs: Customer Centric, Curious Mindset, Collaborative with No Ego.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of DevOps experience in production Linux environments
- • Production-grade Kubernetes experience with EKS and on-premises deployments
- • Strong understanding of networking fundamentals: routes, subnets, DNS, load balancers, and service mesh
- • Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitOps tools (e.g., Argo CD, Kustomize)
- • Hands-on production experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning
- • Strong scripting skills in Python or Bash
