• • As a Senior DevOps Engineer at DoseSpot LLC, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling our cloud infrastructure, primarily within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, while also contributing to our AWS presence. This role is pivotal in driving our hyper-growth trajectory at the intersection of healthcare and software technology, ensuring the reliability and security of our mission-critical electronic prescribing and insurance verification solutions.
• • You will architect, build, and maintain robust, secure, and highly available cloud environments, focusing on scalability and performance to support our rapidly expanding user base and service offerings.
• • A core responsibility will be leading the design and implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using industry-leading tools such as Bicep or Terraform, ensuring consistency, repeatability, and version control for all infrastructure deployments.
• • You will be a champion for DevSecOps principles, actively integrating security best practices and compliance requirements into every stage of the development and deployment lifecycle, from code commit to production release.
• • This role demands a proactive approach to system observability and reliability, leveraging Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies. You will define and manage Service Level Objectives (SLOs), implement effective incident response strategies, and conduct thorough, blameless postmortems to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• • You will play a key role in mentoring and guiding other engineers and team members, sharing your expertise and influencing architectural decisions to promote best practices and elevate the overall technical capabilities of the team.
• • Taking ownership of key DevOps initiatives, you will manage their delivery from initial planning and design through to successful execution, collaborating closely with engineering, security, and product teams to ensure infrastructure strategies align seamlessly with overarching business objectives.
• • Active participation in Agile ceremonies will be expected, where you will contribute to release planning, provide technical insights, and influence architectural direction to optimize development velocity and system stability.
• • You will be responsible for evaluating, recommending, and implementing new tools and technologies that can enhance system performance, improve reliability, and elevate the developer experience across the organization.
• • Defining, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and SLOs will be crucial for measuring system health, operational efficiency, and the effectiveness of our DevOps practices.
• • Leading incident response efforts during production issues is a critical aspect of this role, requiring swift and effective problem-solving, followed by detailed blameless postmortems to prevent recurrence.
• • You will partner closely with our security and compliance teams to ensure that our cloud infrastructure adheres to all relevant regulatory standards and organizational security policies.
• • Contributing to the development and maintenance of comprehensive internal documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing platforms will be essential for empowering the wider team and ensuring operational continuity.
• • Participation in on-call rotations is a requirement, providing Level 3 support for production systems and ensuring rapid resolution of critical issues.
