- • Own the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem for a global leader in clinical research technology. As Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Calyx (Perceptive), you will architect and execute high-impact campaigns that accelerate the delivery of life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.
- • Lead the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of digital marketing initiatives across every channel—marketing automation, website CMS, paid media, social platforms, and emerging martech—to ensure flawless alignment with the Business Unit’s commercial goals and annual revenue targets.
- • Safeguard and elevate the Perceptive and Business Unit brands by maintaining a consistent, compelling digital presence that resonates with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO decision-makers.
- • Manage day-to-day operations of all digital campaigns, balancing technical precision with creative storytelling to drive measurable pipeline growth and brand equity.
- • Oversee social media strategy: audit current performance, define audience personas, craft platform-specific content calendars, and produce thumb-stopping assets that boost engagement, followers, and share-of-voice in the life-sciences community.
- • Serve as the primary steward of the corporate website on WordPress/WP Engine—ensuring content freshness, SEO best practices, UX excellence, and rapid page-load performance—while coordinating with developers, designers, and subject-matter experts to launch new pages and microsites on aggressive timelines.
- • Conceptualize and produce creative assets (static, motion, and interactive) using Adobe Creative Suite; direct internal teams and external agencies to maintain brand guidelines and deliver pixel-perfect collateral for campaigns, events, and sales enablement.
- • Establish a rigorous data analytics and reporting cadence: define KPIs, build dashboards in Google Analytics and Salesforce, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights that inform budget re-allocation, audience targeting, and creative iteration.
- • Execute multi-channel demand generation programs—SEO/SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, IP-targeted ABM, email nurtures, and display retargeting—while A/B testing creative, copy, and audience segments to maximize MQL volume, SQL conversion, and ROI.
- • Partner tightly with Sales and Lead Generation teams to implement lead-scoring models, deliver real-time digital intelligence, and create transparent accountability loops that shorten sales cycles and increase win rates.
- • Champion continuous improvement: identify process bottlenecks, pilot new martech tools, and evangelize best-practice playbooks across Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.
- • Mentor junior marketers and cross-functional peers, sharing deep expertise in life-sciences digital trends, compliance considerations, and performance marketing tactics to elevate the entire organization’s digital maturity.
- • Maintain an external pulse on industry innovations—AI-driven personalization, privacy regulations, immersive content formats—and translate emerging trends into competitive advantages for Calyx.
- • Operate with high emotional intelligence in a decentralized, fast-paced environment; juggle multiple high-priority projects while meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality or compliance standards.
