- • As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager at Patsnap, you will own and scale the digital engine responsible for pipeline, demos, and revenue across R&D, Life Sciences, and IP verticals, directly impacting growth in a fast-growing, AI-native SaaS company with over 12,000 global customers and unicorn status.
- • You will build and optimize a demand generation system across paid, organic, and AI-driven channels—including paid search, LinkedIn, SEO, GEO, and intent-based targeting—to deliver qualified traffic, demo requests, and product-led growth while turning data into decisive action.
- • You will shape channel strategy, own performance targets, and ensure marketing data, attribution, and tech stack are built for scale, operating with high autonomy while partnering with Head of Marketing, content, events, and sales teams to define what great digital marketing looks like at Patsnap.
- • You will gain deep expertise in B2B SaaS demand generation, advanced attribution modeling, AI-integrated marketing systems, and cross-functional leadership in a high-growth, pre-IPO environment, positioning yourself as a strategic driver of revenue and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing with a track record of driving pipeline and revenue through paid acquisition, SEO, and intent-based strategies.
- • Strong analytical skills with expertise in marketing attribution, data-driven decision making, and performance optimization using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and ad tech stacks.
- • Hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) and organic growth initiatives (SEO, content distribution) in a global, multi-region context.
- • Ability to build and scale marketing systems, including tech stack integration, workflow automation, and cross-functional alignment with sales and product teams.
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with Head of Marketing, content, events, and sales stakeholders.
