• • As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist - Paid Social at Deliveroo, you will drive global growth through strategic planning and execution of high-impact paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, directly contributing to revenue and efficiency targets in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• • Day to day, you will develop and execute global paid social strategies, optimise complex campaigns, conduct A/B and incrementality tests, analyse performance using tools like Looker, manage budget allocation, build stakeholder-facing reports, and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to enhance campaign scalability and tracking.
• • You will join Deliveroo’s Performance Marketing team within the wider Paid Media and Marketing Organisation, a vibrant, collaborative function that works closely with Creative Studio, Data Science, and Marketing Technology to deliver innovative digital campaigns across six global markets, operating under a hybrid model from London HQ and home.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in paid social platform innovations, advanced analytics, cross-functional technical collaboration, and strategic budget management, positioning yourself as a key driver of measurable growth and experimentation in a high-impact, fast-moving tech environment.
