- • As a Senior Digital Product Owner for Ecommerce at Humana, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of the company’s eCommerce platform in the Medicare Advantage space, directly impacting customer acquisition and digital innovation in healthcare.
- • You will partner with engineering, design, content, and analytics teams to define product roadmaps, manage and prioritize backlogs, write and refine user stories, conduct user acceptance testing, and lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize conversion and user experience.
- • You will join Humana’s growing Digital organization within a mission-driven, inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and supports employees in bringing their whole selves to work to improve health outcomes for millions.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in eCommerce product management, data-informed decision-making, Agile leadership, and healthcare innovation, while influencing the future of digital Medicare enrollment and customer experience.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in product management with direct experience as a Product Owner, including owning and prioritizing backlogs, writing user stories, collaborating with design and development, and conducting UAT
- • 3+ years of experience managing eCommerce websites
- • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- • Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with direct experience using eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Adobe, Google) and KPIs
- • Deep user empathy and strong UX sensibility
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
