- • The Senior Director of Compliance and Privacy at Stellar Health is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end management of the compliance and privacy program across all Stellar Health entities, including the SaaS business and two ACOs, reporting directly to the Chief Compliance Officer.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing and monitoring compliance requirements, leading pre-contract compliance reviews, managing responses to government audits and investigations, conducting annual risk assessments, maintaining regulatory inventories, overseeing investigations and mitigation activities, managing compliance documentation, building compliance monitoring strategies, chairing internal governance bodies, managing external stakeholder relationships, coordinating incident responses, overseeing business courtesies and conflicts of interest processes, and supporting compliance aspects of customer and sales-related matters.

- • In this role, the individual will have the authority to run the compliance program independently, develop expertise in navigating complex healthcare regulatory environments (including Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, and value-based care), lead and mentor a compliance and privacy analyst, influence organizational culture through speak-up initiatives, and gain deep experience managing compliance across multiple legal entities with distinct regulatory obligations.
