Senior Director, Controller

📋 Description

• • As Senior Director, Controller at Wrapbook, you will lead the accounting function through a transformative phase, owning the financial system of record for a complex fintech platform spanning payroll, payments, and production accounting, reporting directly to the CFO.
• • You will ensure the integrity and consistency of financial data across accounting, billing, payroll, procurement, and analytics systems, drive monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes, design financial systems architecture in partnership with Product and Engineering, lead automation using AI and modern tooling, maintain audit readiness and internal controls, develop technical accounting policies, deliver decision-useful financial reporting to leadership, act as a cross-functional leader promoting financial discipline, build and lead a high-performing accounting team of ~10 people, and oversee tax compliance across US and Canadian jurisdictions.
