- • Lead all aspects of customer construction projects from planning and design through procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and Vantage’s operational sustainability goals.
- • Oversee tenant order form (TOF) creation and management, project budgets, monthly forecasts, and resource allocation while managing direct reports and third-party project teams.
- • Partner with Sales, Operations, and internal subject matter experts to standardize customer construction delivery across the portfolio, drive stakeholder coordination, and ensure compliance with safety, data center work rules, and lease requirements.
- • Drive continuous improvement by embedding lessons learned into feedback loops, managing vendor/contractor relationships, and supporting sales in customer engagement and fulfillment tied to leases.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar field, or equivalent experience
- • 7 to 10 years of experience in a management role required, with 10 to 15 years preferred
- • Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is required
