  • • Lead the global digital marketing and web strategy function for SugarAI, driving growth through data-informed campaigns, optimized digital experiences, and integrated channel execution.
  • • Own the end-to-end digital marketing roadmap, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, email automation, social media, and landing page optimization, aligned with company revenue goals.
  • • Oversee the strategy, development, and performance of SugarAI’s global website and digital properties, ensuring seamless user journeys that convert visitors into qualified leads.
  • • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer success teams to align digital initiatives with buyer personas, sales cycles, and customer retention objectives.
  • • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists, content creators, and web developers, providing mentorship, setting KPIs, and fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.
  • • Implement and optimize marketing technology stack including CRM integrations, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and CMS systems to enhance campaign efficiency and measurement.
  • • Analyze performance metrics across all digital channels to identify trends, optimize spend, and report on ROI to executive leadership with clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • • Drive A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives across digital touchpoints to continuously improve lead generation and customer acquisition efficiency.
  • • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute high-impact campaigns, manage budgets, and ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • • Stay ahead of emerging digital marketing trends, AI-driven personalization tools, and competitive landscape shifts to position SugarAI as an innovative leader in AI-powered CRM.
  • • Ensure all digital assets comply with global data privacy regulations, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
  • • Develop and maintain the annual digital marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize impact and scale successful initiatives.
  • • Serve as the primary digital voice of SugarAI, representing the brand in industry forums, webinars, and thought leadership content.
  • • Translate complex product capabilities into compelling, customer-centric digital narratives that resonate with enterprise buyers and technical decision-makers.
  • • Work cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure digital experiences reflect product innovation and user feedback.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing global teams and budgets
  • • Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS digital marketing programs with measurable impact on lead generation and revenue
  • • Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and data visualization tools
  • • Experience managing enterprise-level website development and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Contentful)
  • • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority
