- • The Senior Director - Global Labor Management at Eli Lilly and Company is responsible for establishing, integrating, and implementing a comprehensive Construction Trade Labor Engagement Strategy across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and patient needs through strategic union and stakeholder relationships.
- • Day to day, the role involves prioritizing and building trust-based relationships with Construction Trade Labor and related stakeholders, leading stakeholder mapping and insights generation, developing engagement strategies, serving as a Lilly ambassador to unions and external partners, and collaborating cross-functionally with Government Affairs, Corporate Affairs, Manufacturing, Value & Access, Innovation Readiness, and Consumer teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree
- • 15 years of experience in construction project management or procurement, labor relations, advocacy, or related fields
- • Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship provided)
