📋 Description

• Serve as a senior representative of Legora within the corporate and in-house legal community, shaping the future of legal operations through thought leadership and strategic engagement.
• Represent Legora at industry panels, legal innovation forums, and professional events with a primary focus on in-house legal teams and corporate legal departments.
• Advise clients’ innovation, knowledge, and legal operations teams on AI adoption strategies, policy development, implementation roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Partner directly with the VP of Legal Innovation & Strategy to act as a senior voice for Legora across speaking engagements, content creation, and executive advisory initiatives.
• Lead the design and development of practical ROI frameworks for in-house legal teams in close collaboration with the Value Engineering function.
• Publish original analysis and commentary that influences market narratives around AI, legal innovation, and the evolving economics of corporate legal departments.
• Translate complex technical capabilities of Legora’s AI-native workspace into actionable insights for legal leaders, including GCs, CLOs, and CIOs.
• Engage with global legal teams across Europe, North America, and APAC to understand regional challenges and tailor adoption strategies accordingly.
• Drive high-visibility projects that bridge legal operations, technology adoption, and business outcomes, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and client needs.
• Maintain deep fluency in the operational, economic, and psychological dynamics of legal decision-making — beyond tooling — to provide credible, strategic guidance.
• Build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders at top law firms and corporate legal departments, including clients such as Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays.
• Contribute to Legora’s culture of excellence by delivering high-impact work with ownership, direct feedback, and a focus on outcomes over intentions.
• Work from the Union Square office in New York City with daily company-provided lunch and an environment designed for ambitious builders.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones to support international client engagements and product feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in a legal-innovation, legal-operations, outside-counsel-management, knowledge, or strategy role at a corporate legal team, top law firm, or legal-tech company
• Genuine fluency in how legal organizations operate and make decisions — including the economics and psychology of legal leadership
• Executive presence with GCs, CLOs, CIOs, and innovation leaders, with ability to translate across legal, business, and technical audiences
• Demonstrated public point of view through writing and conference speaking
