• • The Senior Director, Market Access Consulting will lead the growth and development of consultative services for life sciences clients within Precision AQ, driving revenue, client relationships, and strategic business expansion.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering market access engagements across payer, provider, and patient access continuum; achieving revenue and sales goals through direct client engagement; providing leadership to the consulting team; supporting hiring, staffing, and people development; collaborating across business units on strategy; building new business opportunities; and coaching and mentoring staff.
