Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • As Senior Director of Marketing at Moxfive LLC, you will own the strategy and execution that shapes how the market perceives the company and why it earns trust in high-stakes environments such as boardrooms, legal teams, insurance carriers, and security operations centers. Your role is critical in translating complex technical and incident response expertise into compelling narratives that resonate with CFOs, CISOs, and general counsel alike, establishing MOXFIVE as a credible authority at the intersection of cyber resilience, legal readiness, and insurance activation.
- • You will define and drive MOXFIVE’s core brand voice across all external touchpoints, ensuring every communication reflects the authority, precision, and trust earned through elite incident response and cyber resilience advisory work. This includes building and leading an integrated communications strategy targeting cybersecurity, legal, insurance, and private equity audiences, overseeing PR initiatives such as media relations, press releases, award submissions, and speaking engagements, and leading clear, consistent communication during organizational milestones like acquisitions, partnerships, and product launches.
- • You will create and oversee high-impact content — including blogs, white papers, case studies, web copy, and presentations — that showcases MOXFIVE’s technical depth and market differentiation, partnering directly with Technical Advisors to transform real-world incident response insights into unique, competitor-resistant narratives. You will develop thought leadership programs and executive visibility campaigns to position MOXFIVE as the go-to authority in cybersecurity and incident response, while building and optimizing an SEO and content strategy that drives qualified inbound traffic and consistently outperforms industry benchmarks.
- • You will manage day-to-day marketing operations with operational rigor, including campaign planning, budget management, asset development, and project coordination, establishing KPIs, tracking performance, and delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership focused on inbound growth, engagement, retention, and brand reach. You will manage external vendors and agencies across design, PR, and digital to ensure timely, high-quality delivery within budget, and support sales enablement by providing collateral, presentations, and audience segmentation strategies that empower the business development team.
- • You will strengthen MOXFIVE’s presence at key industry conferences and events through strategic content, branding, and promotional efforts that make the company memorable in the right rooms, develop client-focused strategies such as customer journey programs to improve satisfaction and drive retention, and identify and build strategic partnerships with industry associations, advisory boards, and professional organizations to expand brand reach and credibility in complex B2B ecosystems.
- • You will bring 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in cybersecurity, managed services, financial services, legal, insurance, or similarly complex B2B environments, with a proven track record in brand strategy, integrated communications, content creation, and PR that has delivered measurable outcomes in lead growth, engagement, retention, or market expansion. You will demonstrate exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities to make technically complex or heavily regulated subjects accessible, compelling, and credible, backed by experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies to deliver high-impact programs on time and on budget.
- • You will possess a strong analytical foundation, establishing KPIs, interrogating data, and applying insights to continuously sharpen performance, along with the organizational capacity to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously without losing momentum. You will have experience leading communications through organizational change — such as acquisitions, mergers, or rebrands — with the strategic clarity and steady hand those moments demand, and the autonomy to set direction, produce work, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction.
