• • Senior Director of Marketing Engineering role at Four Technologies, a rapidly growing BNPL fintech company, responsible for owning and operating the entire marketing function end-to-end using AI agents and automation.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include defining marketing strategy across acquisition, retention, brand, and revenue growth; planning and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels; creating content across social, video, email, and landing pages; architecting AI workflows for content creation, campaign management, and reporting; and partnering with Compliance and Legal to ensure regulatory adherence.
