- • As the Senior Director, Owned Brand Experiences at Brooks, you play a critical global leadership role responsible for defining the strategic vision and long-term innovation roadmap – shaping how runners engage with the brand across the Brooks’ brand website and digital platforms, owned retail stores, and brand experiences (e.g., events).
- • You will ensure every touchpoint is purposeful, emotionally resonant, and unmistakably Brooks, establishing frameworks and design systems that guide regional direct-to-consumer (DtC) execution while partnering with regional teams to maintain global consistency and empower local innovation.
- • You will spearhead Brooks’ global consumer insights function (RunSights Lab), embedding data, research, and runner feedback into every aspect of the experience strategy and innovation process.
- • You will push boundaries to shape the market – not follow it, delivering best-in-class experiences that drive engagement, loyalty, and growth through a visionary, systems-thinking approach grounded in deep consumer insight and creative foresight.

- • Proven experience defining strategic vision and long-term innovation roadmaps for brand experiences across digital, retail, and event channels.
- • Demonstrated leadership in establishing frameworks and design systems for global direct-to-consumer (DtC) execution while enabling regional innovation.
- • Expertise in consumer insights, research methodologies, and embedding data-driven feedback into experience strategy and innovation processes.
- • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to galvanize teams around future-forward DtC strategy and deliver tangible business results.
- • Passion for running and deep understanding of the runner’s journey, aligned with Brooks’ brand values of Runner First, Word is Bond, Champion Heart, There is no “I” in Run, and Keep Moving.
