📋 Description

• Senior Director, People Technology at Legora, responsible for designing and owning the People tech architecture to support rapid global scaling from 600 to 1,500 employees.
• Define HRIS strategy, lead vendor selection and migration, build integration layers across ATS, payroll, finance, and BI systems, and establish data governance, quality, and self-service analytics.
• Legora is an AI-native legal tech company serving 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, backed by $100M+ ARR, with a culture of ownership, excellence, and growth through impact and pace.
• Opportunity to build and lead a People Tech function from the ground up, shape global HR systems, drive AI strategy in HR tech, and ensure compliance across GDPR, multi-entity payroll, and data residency requirements.
