• The Senior Director, Strategy at GameChanger Media, Inc. plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term vision and growth trajectory by partnering with executive leadership to identify opportunities, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Day to day, the role involves leading strategic analysis on market opportunities and competitive dynamics, developing frameworks for executive decision-making, advising senior leaders on investments and priorities, and driving cross-functional alignment around strategic initiatives.
• GameChanger is a remote-first, dynamic tech company headquartered in New York City, dedicated to enhancing youth sports experiences through technology, with a mission to empower families and elevate the next generation via sports.
• In this role, the individual will gain deep exposure to executive leadership, refine strategic thinking and influence capabilities, and drive impact across product, engineering, marketing, finance, and customer experience teams, including collaboration with DICK’S Sporting Goods stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–14+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or strategic roles in high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex strategic projects and influencing decisions at senior levels of an organization.
• Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations for executive audiences.
