• • The Senior Director, Thought Leader Liaison – West IMM is a field-based role responsible for engaging and supporting thought leaders in Immunology to drive peer-to-peer education and brand strategy from prelaunch to commercialization, ensuring Lilly’s therapies are effectively communicated to key healthcare providers.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying, coaching, and evaluating 30-40 dermatology, allergy, and rheumatology thought leaders monthly; attending regional and national Immunology congresses; developing compliant P2P educational content; collaborating with brand, medical, and compliance teams; managing speaker compensation and contracting; and providing training to sales teams on thought leader engagement strategies.
