- • As a Senior Director of Total Rewards and People Operations at Optro Inc., you will lead the design and execution of global compensation, benefits, and people operations strategies that attract, retain, and empower employees across international markets while supporting the company’s rapid growth and innovation.
- • You will scale global total rewards programs, drive data-backed compensation and benefits decisions, oversee executive and board compensation, lead HR technology modernization toward an AI-first approach, manage global mobility and compliance, and mentor a high-performing team to enable leader self-service and operational excellence.

- • In this role, you will build scalable, equitable, and defensible people programs, gain deep influence on executive and board-level compensation strategies, modernize HR infrastructure with AI-driven tools, and develop leadership expertise in global Total Rewards within a high-growth, private equity-backed and public company environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 10 years of Total Rewards and People Operations experience within dynamic scaling companies
- • Experience working in both private equity-backed and public companies
- • Deeply analytical mindset with a track record of building defensible, fiscally sustainable rewards structures backed by data metrics
- • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- • Experience building cross-functional relationships with finance, legal, and IT teams
- • Forward-thinking mindset with awareness of AI trends and evolving employee expectations to future-proof people systems
