  • • Design, map, and deploy the entire automated user journey—from high-conversion welcome sequences and onboarding flows to reactive churn-prevention and win-back loops.
  • • Leverage raw user data, product behavior signals, and engagement history to build hyper-targeted list segments, ensuring every user receives the exact right message at the exact right second.
  • • Own and monitor the underlying sender health, managing SPF, DKIM, DMARC protocols, IP warming strategies, and domain reputation to guarantee absolute inbox placement.
  • • Plan, author, and deploy high-velocity ad-hoc campaigns for major feature drops, ecosystem milestones, and real-time cultural moments without a single detail slipping.
  • • Maintain a relentless experimentation cadence—testing copy hooks, layout designs, send times, and interactive elements to consistently push down unsubscribe rates and maximize revenue-per-email (RPE).
  • • Build and own performance dashboards, translating open rates, CTRs, conversion attribution, and list hygiene metrics into cold, calculated strategic insights for the growth team.
  • • Manage a high-volume email marketing ecosystem for a fast-moving technology, e-commerce, or consumer web platform with a focus on retention strategy and lifecycle automation.
  • • Operate with deep, hands-on mastery of advanced automation platforms and CRM tools such as Customer.io, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Brevo, or equivalent enterprise-tier software.
  • • Base all campaign decisions on hard user behavior statistics, not gut feeling, using conversion metrics and data tables to dictate template variations and trigger timelines.
  • • Be available 7 days a week to monitor live broadcast performance, deploy emergency hotfixes for broken automated loops, and coordinate with the fast-moving product team.
  • • Maintain pristine attention to detail, recognizing that a single typo or broken link can impact thousands of global users instantly.
  • • Operate in a fully remote environment with a schedule requiring high flexibility to align with real-time product shipping windows and global engagement surges.
  • • All compensation is processed in digital assets (USDC/USDT).
