📋 Description

• • The Senior Energy Assessment Specialist will conduct technical quality assurance inspections of HVAC and weatherization installations and deliver home energy assessment training to community-based organizations, supporting energy efficiency programs across Oregon and SW Washington.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site and virtual QA inspections, serving as a technical subject-matter expert for contractors and partners, designing and delivering training sessions, conducting home energy assessments using diagnostic tools like blower doors and duct blasters, tracking and reporting QA results in Microsoft Excel, and managing complex customer and contractor situations with professionalism.
