• • As a Senior Engagement Manager within Stepful’s Workforce Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in addressing the critical challenge faced by healthcare employers: building a robust and future-ready workforce. You will engage directly with senior leaders at major health systems, meticulously designing and configuring Stepful programs to meet their unique requirements. Your focus will be on ensuring these solutions are not only practical and scalable but also meticulously set up for demonstrable, measurable success.
• • This is a highly strategic and cross-functional position. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine deal strategies, work in tandem with Learning, Operations, and Client Success teams to mitigate delivery risks, and serve as a trusted thought partner to our clients, sharing invaluable best practices gleaned from across the industry. Beyond managing individual client engagements, you will significantly contribute to shaping Stepful’s go-to-market strategy and reinforcing our standing as a premier partner for healthcare employers nationwide.
• • Key responsibilities include leading program design discussions during the sales cycle, conducting in-depth client discovery to understand their goals, operational constraints, and potential implementation hurdles. You will be instrumental in driving alignment with employer partners to tailor Stepful programs precisely to their needs, ensuring a perfect fit.
• • Internally, you will spearhead cross-functional alignment, proactively identifying program design and delivery considerations and ensuring all internal teams are fully prepared for successful client launches. Your efforts will be crucial in accelerating deal cycles by clearly defining dependencies and empowering both clients and internal stakeholders to make informed decisions.
• • You will actively participate in and lead critical early-stage client meetings, presenting innovative solution options, sharing industry best practices, and positioning Stepful as a forward-thinking thought leader. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary implementation lead for assigned clients, guaranteeing that each solution is primed for launch and thoroughly understood by post-sales teams, ensuring a seamless transition and ongoing success.
• • You will also act as a subject matter expert on Stepful’s comprehensive program offerings, diverse delivery models, and the evolving landscape of workforce development trends within the healthcare sector, providing critical insights and guidance.
