- • As a Senior Engagement Manager within Stepful’s Workforce Solutions team, you will be instrumental in addressing one of the most significant challenges facing healthcare employers today: building a sustainable future workforce. This role places you at the forefront of collaborating with senior leaders at major health systems to architect and implement customized Stepful programs. Your expertise will ensure these solutions are not only tailored to each partner's unique requirements but are also practical, scalable, and engineered for measurable success.
- • This is a highly strategic and cross-functional position. You will collaborate closely with the Sales team to refine deal strategies, partner with Learning, Operations, and Client Success to mitigate delivery risks, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, sharing industry best practices and insights. Beyond managing individual client engagements, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Stepful’s go-to-market strategy and solidifying our reputation as an indispensable partner to healthcare employers across the nation.
- • Key responsibilities include leading in-depth program design discussions during the sales cycle, conducting thorough client discovery to understand their objectives, operational constraints, and potential implementation hurdles. You will be responsible for driving alignment with employer partners to precisely configure Stepful programs to meet their specific needs, ensuring a seamless fit.
- • Internally, you will orchestrate cross-functional alignment, proactively identifying and communicating program design and delivery considerations to ensure all internal teams are fully prepared for successful client launches. A critical aspect of this role is accelerating deal cycles by clearly defining dependencies and facilitating informed decision-making for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- • You will actively participate in and lead crucial early-stage client meetings, presenting innovative solution options, sharing valuable best practices, and positioning Stepful as a forward-thinking thought partner. Furthermore, you will serve as the primary implementation lead for your assigned clients, guaranteeing that the designed solution is primed for launch and thoroughly understood by the post-sales support teams.
- • As a subject matter expert, you will possess a deep understanding of Stepful’s diverse program offerings, our established delivery models, and the evolving landscape of workforce development trends within the healthcare sector. Your insights will be crucial in shaping client strategies and internal product development.

You will be expected to navigate complex client environments, influence without direct authority, and foster collaborative relationships across internal and external teams.
