🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years in engineering management or team lead role
- • Demonstrated experience hiring engineers and conducting full-cycle technical interviews
- • Hands-on background with C#/.NET and SQL — able to read/review code and assess architectural trade-offs
- • Experience leading or partnering with data engineering teams on pipelines, warehousing, and orchestration
- • Familiarity with Power BI or comparable BI platforms at a team-management level
- • Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks; Vue 3 or equivalent (React, Angular)
