📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers as a player-coach Engineering Manager at Archy Inc., a Series B vertical SaaS company revolutionizing dental practice management with AI-powered software that enables dental professionals to focus on patient care while we handle the technical complexities of running their practice.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of major product updates by owning the technical roadmap, architecting seamless integration between React/TypeScript frontend and Java Spring Boot backend, managing production lifecycles, and ensuring high-performance, reliable systems for dental practices.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence through regular 1:1s, career guidance, code reviews, and implementation of best practices while leveraging AI tools like Claude to improve development velocity without compromising code maintainability, security, or architectural integrity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to refine AI-powered customer interfaces, identify workflow efficiencies, estimate development effort, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of complex product milestones that keep dental practices running smoothly.
