- • Lead and grow a feature-focused engineering team (frontend, backend, and mobile engineers) to deliver high-impact product features for Trust Wallet, the world’s leading non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet trusted by over 200 million users.
- • Partner closely with Product and Design to define and execute the roadmap for a core product vertical, shaping architecture and shipping user-facing features at scale in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- • Join Trust Wallet’s global, remote-first engineering leadership group, contributing to cross-team alignment, long-term product strategy, and fostering an ownership-driven engineering culture aligned with company values.
- • Develop technical and leadership expertise by providing hands-on guidance, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring strong engineering processes, velocity, and code quality across the team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5+ years of engineering management experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
- • 8–10+ years of total software engineering experience with a strong foundation in full-stack development (backend and at least one frontend or mobile framework)
- • Proven success leading cross-functional product teams shipping user-facing features at scale
- • Strong people management skills with ability to hire, develop, and inspire engineers
- • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first team
