- • Lead the AI Teammates Platform team at Asana, responsible for the execution engine and capability layer that powers AI agents which triage bugs, respond to requests, draft project briefs, conduct research, and handle complex knowledge work across workflows for Fortune 500 customers.
- • Manage a senior team of approximately eight engineers (ICs up to L6), setting technical direction, driving execution on core AI agent capabilities, owning the technical vision for model integration, proactive agent behavior, and evaluation infrastructure, and building the platform that enables other Asana teams to build AI-powered features on top of AI Teammates.
- • Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, with AI Teammates representing the company’s number one priority — transforming work management from tracking to execution by integrating secure, multi-player, enterprise-grade agentic experiences into everyday workflows for global teams.
- • In this role, you will attract, retain, and develop exceptional senior engineering talent, drive engineering velocity improvements, champion AI coding tool adoption, collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science on roadmap execution, and help define how AI agents collaborate with humans in a platform used by millions of teams worldwide, all while working in a fast-moving, zero-to-one AI product environment.
