📋 Description
- • Lead the team building Docker's sandboxing product (sbx) that enables AI agents to run safely and at scale with strong isolation and enterprise-grade governance.
- • Drive product success by owning the customer experience end-to-end, aligning with product management, and ensuring predictable delivery and operational excellence.
- • Join a globally distributed, remote-first team at Docker, a trusted developer tooling brand used by over 20 million monthly users and responsible for over 20 billion container image pulls.
- • Grow as a leader by mentoring senior individual contributors, shaping product direction based on customer signals, and delivering impact that sustains team performance and market traction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years experience managing a high-performing team
- • 5+ years experience as a software developer
- • Track record of shipping products that succeeded in market, not just shipped
- • Strong instinct for UX and history of advocating for the customer in technical decisions
- • Experience working with enterprise customers or building products with enterprise requirements (security, governance, compliance)
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills
- • Comfortable with high autonomy and remote work across time zones
