- • Lead the Corporate Engineering team at Grafana Labs to optimize IT operations and drive internal AI-native strategy, enabling employees to own their workflows through automation and platform development.
- • Manage corporate systems including employee device lifecycles, helpdesk, security, SaaS vendor relationships, and internal tooling, while ensuring visibility and continuous improvement of processes.
- • Partner with engineering, security, and business teams across a global, remote-first organization to enable experimentation, reduce shadow IT, and scale corporate systems sustainably.
- • Develop leadership and technical expertise in AI enablement, DevOps-driven IT, open-source practices, and enterprise-scale automation while mentoring a high-performing team.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience running a software engineering operations team with strong engineering background and ability to engage in technical decision-making.
- • Deep hands-on experience managing and automating corporate IT systems (OS, SSO, MDM, EDR, DLP, SaaS platforms, AI tools) in modern tech environments.
- • Approach IT and corporate security with a DevOps mindset—favoring enablement, automation, and guardrails over restrictive gates.
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences via influence.
- • Willingness to work Eastern-time oriented hours to maximize overlap with EMEA peers.
